Statutory audit and other audit services

I provide audit services in accordance with Slovak Act No. 423/2015 Coll. on Statutory Audit and the relevant International Standards on Auditing.

  • Audits of separate and consolidated financial statements.
  • Verification of annual reports.
  • Reviews of financial statements.
  • Other assurance services and special-purpose auditor reports:
    • Auditor reports in connection with company transformations under Slovak Act No. 309/2023 Coll., including mergers (by absorption or formation of a new company) and divisions (full or partial), as well as reports on draft terms of transformation where required by law.
    • Auditor confirmation of the accounting treatment of a receivable under Section 12(2)(c) of Slovak Act No. 7/2005 Coll. on Bankruptcy and Restructuring, to support a creditor’s receivable when filing a bankruptcy petition.
    • Auditor reports on the financial settlement of subsidies and grants, for example projects supported by the Slovak Arts Council (Fond na podporu umenia) or eligible expenditure under audiovisual industry support schemes of the Slovak Audiovisual Fund, subject to the requirements of the relevant funding programme.

Ing. Vladimír Holička is a statutory auditor and a member of the Slovak Chamber of Auditors (licence No. 1162). He holds the Diploma in IFRS (ACCA).

He has extensive professional experience in auditing, accounting and financial reporting, gained through audit and advisory engagements for Slovak and international companies in light and heavy engineering, metallurgy, construction, trade and services, food processing, information technology and banking.

He is committed to high professional standards and applying current knowledge in practice.
